They are made of an extremely durable hard but flexible plastic and inserted into a flapper holder our item number 99-0039. This flapper will work if you have a space to insert this 1/4 thick by 1 inch wide flapper. Measures 1 x 1/4 x 8 Inches

Very quick customer service!

My order came with just an empty envelope. Not sure if this was the postoffice’s fault or what happened. I contacted the company in a panic because I needed the part quickly. They put it right in the mail and I got it in time with out an issue!
