STEP 2. Proceed to Checkout and pay for your order.

STEP 3. Our design team will reach out via email by the following business day to discuss the design details (colors, graphics, etc...). After the consultation, we'll begin the design phase and have a full color proof sent to you within a couple of days. Let us know any changes needed or approve the design if everything looks perfect. All interactions with our design team will be done via email to prevent any confusion between designers and production teams. Most orders are ready to ship within a couple days after the order has been approved.

We feel that although the printing and quality of the custom pool table felt is good, we are seeing friction making from the cue ball that leaves white spots that are friction marks, even with best quality NEW Aramith cue balls.

DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT IF YOU CARE HOW IT LOOKS.

The first steps went very smoothly. I placed the order and corresponded with an in-house artist/tech to submit and refine our custom artwork. The work was completed quickly and the new felt arrived promptly. Since this was a side project, it took us several weeks to properly clean the slate, recover the rails, and stretch/glue the new felt. So far, so good! At this point, the felt, rails and table look great! We did observe some streaking in the background color but opted to accept that since overall the felt looked good and the criticism seemed a bit nitpicky. NOW THE PROBLEM. Within weeks, white dots started to appear across the table surface. I contacted customer service immediately. They responded that the white dots are expected during normal use. Huh? This table is in a faculty club and has been played no more than 10 times in only 4-6 weeks. We never got an explanation or suggested remediation for the streaked pattern.

Custom printing

Custom logo looked nice, however, the fabric is thin and not at all near the thickness of pool table felt and won't hold up to regular play on a pool table.

I had Casino Supply plan and complete a custom pool table felt for me. They were great at communicating what they needed and their timeline. After sending the requested photo and my thoughts, they were quick to reply with their thoughts.
After my approval and payment, they were fast and the job they did I was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with them and plan to have more work done by them. Also bought one of their Craps table covers, that is great as well.
