Discounted shipping on every order
We pass our carrier discounts, over 60% off retail rates, on to you. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Ground shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) is provided by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Special cases:
Shipping Time. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Ground shipments within the continental US are generally received within 3–5 business days from shipment date. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
RUSH Processing. If your order is time-sensitive and must ship immediately, we offer RUSH Processing. RUSH orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time will ship that same day. RUSH orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following morning.
RUSH Processing is "in-house" order processing only — it is not a shipping method. You may also need to upgrade the shipping method (Next Day Air, Two Day, etc.) based on your delivery timeline. RUSH does not include Layouts. For rush processing on Layouts, please see Rush Layout Processing.
Domestic Shipping Services. We offer Ground, Two Day, and Next Day shipping services for domestic deliveries.
Shipping Address. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. If an order is placed with an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued, less shipping charges. Due to payment provider regulations (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.), we are unable to make address corrections after an order has been placed. If an address correction is needed, we will need to cancel and refund the original order and have a new order placed with the corrected address.
