If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item in it's original condition within 180 days of the purchase for a full merchandise refund. Refunds will be returned to the original purchase payment method. We'll also provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS:
Custom items (chips and layouts) are not eligible for returns.
Professional Roulette Wheels: Our professional roulette wheels may be returned within 15 days in original (unused) condition with prior authorization.
Clearance and Discounted items may NOT be returned.
CUT Material: Any products that need to be cut are not eligible for return, i.e. foam, railing, vinyl.
