At Casino Supply, we work with a lot of different and unique customers, from casino night party companies and small casinos to private individuals and custom table makers. Everyone of our customers is special, so we like to take a moment and showcase a few of those customers and share what makes these customers great.
What is the name of your company?
Idea Fountain, Inc. We offer a fountain of ideas for your events.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business 3 years this month but have been offering casino parties in house since October of 2014.
Where do you operate / what is your coverage area?
We primarily operate in the Dallas and Fort Worth area but we do have a satellite office in Houston.
What size events can you accommodate?
We can accommodate events from 5 guests up to 500 guests, it is not about quantity but quality.
Do you also provide any other services besides casino parties?
Idea Fountain specializes in custom corporate team building programs as well as casino events. Our clients would book us for spring and summer team building programs and we branched out into the casino side of things to be able to help with their holiday parties. We also offer bar games like shuffle board, darts, air-hockey, foosball and yard games.
What is your favorite thing about the casino party business?
Teaching. So many guests are intimidated by the aspect of gambling and this is a way for them to learn the game, the proper way before investing any real money at a real casino. We love it at the end of the night when we know that our guests are walking away not only with an experience but the confidence as well.
What is the most memorable thing that has happened at one of your events?
One of the best memories I had at an event is when one of my dealers came up to me after the event and asked me…Do I really get paid to do this? I had so much fun. When you staff enjoys what they do then the guests will enjoy the evening as well.

I always say, anyone can put a felt on a piece of plywood and call it a blackjack table but it is the person you put behind that table that is the true product.
