Thanks for ordering your custom gaming felt from Casino Supply. Now that your order is underway, here's what our production team needs from you to keep it moving.
Acceptable file formats — read first
.ai .eps .pdf .psd .png .tiff .jpeg
- Submit vector files whenever possible (.ai / .eps / .pdf) — these resize without losing image quality.

JPEG, TIFF, and PNG are usable, but need to be as large as possible at a minimum of 300 ppi. PNGs should have a transparent background.

.PSD files must be layered.
- All text must be converted to outlines prior to submission.
- Let us know if you require specific Pantone or CMYK values — we match as close as possible, but 100% Pantone match isn't always achievable through sublimation transfer. We can't use RGB values.
- Submit artwork by email or direct download (Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc.).

AI-generated art will not be accepted
We love AI art as much as the next person, but let's be real—it just isn't print-ready yet! While it looks amazing on a screen, it doesn't give our machines the high-quality format they need to make your final product look sharp.
We think AI-generated artwork can be a great tool for developing ideas and concepts. However, we cannot accept AI-generated images as final artwork for custom layouts. They are often flattened and difficult or impossible to edit and prepare for production, and may contain copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed elements we cannot reproduce without authorization.
If you would like to use an AI-generated image as the basis for your layout, we recommend having a qualified graphic designer recreate it as a production-ready vector file. We can then determine whether it can be incorporated into your layout.
All submitted artwork must be original, properly licensed, and production-ready. Orders containing AI-generated artwork may be delayed, rejected, or canceled at our discretion.
What happens after you submit
Design proof — within 72 hoursOur graphic designer follows up with a proof for your approval. Look it over carefully: proofread all text and double-check measurements. Casino Supply isn't responsible for design errors caught after final approval.
Approval — in writing, via emailAll design approvals must be confirmed in writing. Once approved, your order moves into the production queue and no further changes can be made.
Production & shipping — ~2 weeksMost custom felt orders are produced and shipped within two weeks of final design approval.
