Customer Spotlight: i-Entertainment

At Casino Supply, we work with a lot of different and unique customers, from casino night party companies and small casinos to private individuals and custom table makers. Everyone of our customers is special, so we like to take a moment and showcase a few of those customers and share what makes these customers great.

What is the name of your company?

We are called i-Entertainment.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for 8 years.

Where do you operate / what is your coverage area?

We cover the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

What size events can you accommodate?

We have 1,500 seats but our average group size is 300 or less.

Do you also provide any other services besides casino parties? 

We also have disc jockeys, photo booths, game shows, arcade games, green screen photography, and team building. 

What is your favorite thing about the casino party business?

Excitement. There isn’t a better feeling than having a group winning big at your craps table yelling, screaming, and causing a ruckus because of their excitement. It’s one of the best feelings in the world.

What is the most memorable thing that has happened at one of your events?

We had a 74 year old grandmother who wasn’t gambling because she didn’t know how and didn’t want to bother anyone. We sat her at a black jack table and the pit boss showed her how to play.  She won a small pot earned the equivalent of two raffle tickets.  She dropped them both and ended up winning an all expenses paid trip for two to Greece!  She wouldn’t have even played if we hadn’t talked with her. Fifty years earlier she had taken her honeymoon to Greece. So she was returning, with her husband, because of us. It’s a good feeling.

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

When planning your casino event we recommend that 70% of your guests have seats at the casino. Clients who plan a casino event don’t always realize that their guests won’t be gambling during the entire event. During the event, some guests will be at the bar, in the bathroom, or dancing on the dance floor with the DJ. If you order a seat for every expected guest, you’ll have several empty or half empty tables. Half empty or empty tables create the illusion that a casino event isn’t successful. So we recommend planning casino seating for 70% of your expected guests. We do not want our clients over paying when they don’t need to.
